I love helping our Katy TX residents find lost pets. This was sent to me by Lisa, who posts lost pets in Grand Lakes and surrounding areas.
This cute little dog was found in Cinco Ranch, the Katy Creek Ranch subdivision. No collar or micro-chip. Please contact Jamie if you know this little one, 469-360-2642.

I am often contacted by loving pet owners who are missing their pets. Please help this family… from Bonnie Vargo.
Lost dogs in Katy, TX - Bena and Boomer
“MISSING PIT BULLS: The white one is male. He is Boomer. The tan one is Bena (short for Solabena). She is the mother. Both of them have tags. Alex rescued them from a man who was using Bena as a baby maker. They were so scared in the beginning when Alex took them in. Now they are so sweet and trusting.
We had them for 7 years and I think someone stole them. We have put up flyers and have searched all over for them. The neighbor was watching them while we were in Corpus Christi this past weekend. They both came up missing on Saturday. We are all heartbroken. I pray that they are not being harmed. Thanks for your help.”
If you have seen these pets, please post here or let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org that I can help their owner find them. Thank you.

- Dog found near Creech Elementary in Katy, TX.

This charming yellow lab mix male was found behind Creech Elementary in Katy, Tx in the community of Cinco Ranch. Are you missing your boy? Please contact Beth at 716-632-1016.
This is always a good time to remind everyone that installing a chip in your pet is painless for them and could save a life time of pain for you should they get lost. Please forward this to your friends so we can find his mom and dad.

While my usual posts cover lost or found cats and dogs, we love all of our pets and I have an unusual post today!
A Katy resident has found a beautiful Parakeet in Cross Creek Ranch on March 13, 2011 on Brandy Creek Lane. The bird has a yellow head with yellow and black feathers and a green with bluish tint body. If you have possible information about the owner, please call Karen Mayr 713-240-8831 or leave your comment here and I will make contact.
Thank you so much and help us get this lovely bird back home.

These two pups were found in Seven Meadows and turned into the Fort Bend Animal Service office. They were given a very short deadline before being put down and a wonderful neighbor of ours in Grand Lakes fostered them until today… when their owner contacted me through this blog. I was able to direct her to the foster parent and all is well. She is having the pets neutered and micro-chipped tomorrow.
A special thank you to John Murski, Grand Lakes resident and very kind animal lover, for taking these two lovely pets in until the present owner or a new family could be found to take them in. I know the owner is ecstatic about finding her beloved pets and we all owe Jim a mountain of gratitude.
This is a gentle reminder that we should all have our pets micro-chipped so that the owner can be found quickly in the event they get lost. It would have been tragic if John had not stepped up to bail these guys out of the Animal Control office in time…

As you know, as an avid animal lover, I frequently post lost or found pets in our area.
Look at that sweet face. This pretty gal was lost from her owner’s home in Lakes of Eldridge on March 2, 2011. Who wouldn’t miss such a nice pet. Please let us know if you see her or hear of someone who found a Beagle so that we can help get her home where she belongs.
You may leave a comment here or contact me directly at email@example.com or 281-492-5984. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I regularly post pets that are either lost or found in my area. Please leave a comment here or contact me if you have a lead on the owner so we can get this cute girl home to her family tonight.
We found this young tan with white legs female dog (seemed part Lab) in the front garden. We took turns with the neighbors to go around asking whose it belongs to. (No success)
She is well looked after, very well-behaved, and she seemed a bit disoriented. She stayed with us last night, but we have no room for another dog. She refused to eat but finally a little food, water and a bone (see pictures)
We took it her to CAP as recommended by neighbors. Therefore, I wonder what else could we do, and we all hope she gets back to her home.
We wonder if you would mind posting her pictures in your site
