Check out my newest update and the photo of the collapsed home - that is in your neighborhood. I feel sorry for the folks buying that home as it may be a long time to get it completed. Jeri: you are so welcome. I am glad I could provide even a little information for you about our area and the storm. Gina: you are very celcome. Where are you in Thailand? We enjoyed Chang Mai, Phukhet and Bangkok very much. Very beautiful. I am sure your rental is fine in Cinco. And yes, we hope we get our power on soon. Take care all. I will keep you updated every hour or so for as long as I am able. I know you are probably a old pro at hurricanes but the many of the residents in our area do not know what is in store for us. I lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and in Louisiana (both New Orleans and Lafayette) for many years and am hopefully as prepared as I can be. I will say a prayer and keep your daughter and her family in mind tonight and thank you again for doing the same for us. Hi Jo,

We went thru the same thing a few years ago in Orlando with 'Charlie'. He came unexpectedly and caused lots of damage to our home and our city. Thanks again.
